We are excited to announce that the First Coast Community Credit Union Board of Directors and Radiant Credit Union Board of Directors have agreed to merge our organizations. Both of our Credit Unions have a long-standing tradition of being deeply involved in the communities we serve. Now, the next step is in your hands, our valued member.
This partnership will allow us to continue strengthening that commitment to both our communities. We want to reassure you that all branches will remain open, and the familiar faces you’ve come to know, and trust will still be here to serve you. Our focus will remain on delivering exceptional service and maintaining our strong local presence in the communities we proudly serve.
We believe that this partnership is positive for both Credit Unions and, most importantly, for you, our members. This merger will enable us to offer you more resources, greater financial offerings, and a continued commitment to the personal, community-centered service you have enjoyed from both.
Our plans include board members James Norwood Jr., and Matt Reynolds joining the Radiant Credit Union Board of Directors. In addition, Rudy Howard, Linda Osborne, and Candy Rigdon will serve on an Advisory Council to ensure that leadership remains connected to the community.
With over 77 years of service to North Florida residents, both of our Credit Unions have shared goals of enhancing member experiences and fostering community growth. We are confident that by joining forces, this partnership will only improve the service you receive and help ensure a brighter future for our members.
